How many people are allowed to stay?

I'd like to know how many people are allowed to stay in one unit. For example, is a studio just for 2 people or can the owner/renter let other people stay too?

I would think/hope there are limitations to avoid a college dorm-like setting. People on the floor in sleeping bags, etc. Stuffing too many people into a room.

The current occupancy limits for DVC are 4 in a studio, 4 (with 5 allowed) in a 1 bedroom, 8 in a 2 bedroom, and 12 in a GV. It is rumored that the new AKV will have bedding for one additional person in the units.
