How many of you are really breakfast eaters?

How often do you eat breakfast

  • Every day, even if it is toast walking out of the door I never miss it.

  • Just on the weekends.

  • Occasionally, maybe once or twice a week if I have time

  • If coffee is breakfast, I drink 3 cups of breakfast a day

  • Never

I'm the only one in the family who does not eat breakfast, but I usually do drink a glass of milk and have coffee. I'll have a small snack around 10 am after my first class ends.

Yes. I work out 5-6 days a week in the morning before work. So I'm starving by 8 am.

It's usually eggs. Either hard boiled with turkey sausage or a veggie omelet. I add oatmeal with raisins in there too.

DS never eats breakfast. I make DD breakfast every morning.

I used to not like breakfast per say because I need to wake up before I eat and sometimes I'm slow to start so I only ate a big breakfast on weekends or holidays, but about 10 years ago I figured out that I needed breakfast. I've never liked sweets for breakfast so I was always an oatmeal or eggs and toast breakfast type.

Due to recent allergies I have had to narrow down my options so that I pretty much eat wheat free toast and turkey bacon every single morning or soy yogurt with wheat/oat free granola.

On vacation if I don't have access to make my own toast and bacon I tend to go with fruit and rice crackers/lunch meat/peanut butter combinations, or in restaurants I try for plain potatoes and bacon.

Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to work around so I don't really enjoy it out anymore.

Some of us are organic cereal and milk and fruit only, some of us eat a variety of the usual breakfast options and some of us love bacon and tomato sandwiches :rolleyes1

Have to eat breakfast every day to get me going. I love Disney breakfasts and have 2 scheduled for next week! My favorite is Tusker House. On the days we have breakfasts scheduled, we usually do not eat lunch but do an early dinner.

Same here. Plus I'm a huge breakfast fan- favorite meal of the day ;)

I answered with the 3 cups of coffee ;) If someone makes me breakfast I'll eat a bit. But I am allergic to eggs, and toast gets boring.... pancakes are ok once in awhile. We do have 2 bk buffets booked for our trip though :)

I used to only drink coffee for breakfast, but it really never gave me the boost that I needed in the morning (except for the temporary rush after taking in some caffeine). Now, I have to have breakfast whether it is a bowl of cereal, toast with peanut butter, or a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast along with my cup of coffee. I feel so much better and energized.

When we are at Disney we always plan on breakfasts whether it is sit down with the characters, a non character breakfast meal, or a QS breakfast because we don't mind the breakfasts there. I especially like to make character meals for breakfast because 1)it is cheaper when paying OOP 2)when we are in the park I always make ADRs for before the park opens so we can walk down a nearly empty Main Street or Epcot and take pictures.

I love breakfast! It's the most important meal! But I could eat pancakes and omelettes, my favorites, anytime of day!

It's a must! I'm a bear without food! Eggs and OJ for sure!! Then coffee :) Breakfast is by far my favorite meal! Thanks for asking ;)

I love breakfast! During the week it's usually something quick like a bagel or peanut butter toast and a banana. On the weekends, though, anything goes! I love making homemade pancakes or omelets, eggs, or other!

I eat a meal every day 3-4 hours after waking up. (Eating right after I wake up makes me :crazy2:) During the week, I wake up at 4, so I have breakfast around 8, then lunch closer to 11:30/noon. On the weekends, I wake up between 7 and 8 so I usually just have lunch around 11:30.

I LOVE breakfast foods. They don't love me. Sugar in the morning leaves me feeling awful all day, and I don't like to eat a lot of starch in the morning- so my breakfasts are either eggs or non traditional breakfast foods. (chili and salad, anyone? how about leftover chicken?)

On vacation, I'll eat a small breakfast type meal like a frozen breakfast sandwich or egg salad. but then DH and I usually have an early lunch.

Going out to eat for breakfast is normally pretty boring for me, so we don't do it much. Or, we go somewhere that I can order lunch. I am really looking forward to trying a bite or two of Tonga Toast on our upcoming trip, but know that I'm going to have to order my usual boring eggs and just steal a bite or two from the husband.

I voted for the coffee.
I've found eggs to upset my stomach so I don't tend to eat them often. When I did eat cereal I found it didn't make a difference in my day so I stopped.
Once in awhile on the weekend my husband & I will go out for breakfast and I'll get a Belgian waffle with strawberries and whipped cream, which I love , but it's not something I'll make for myself.
I might eat a protein bar or random snack bar before I eat (which isn't until between 2pm-5pm) but that's it. I'm awful.
I'm afraid to see myself on a morning where I skip my coffee though.

We do have one ADR for Boma at 10am on our off day during this trip but it's just because I figured if we start the day with breakfast we are open to do whatever we want for the rest of the day without having to worry about being somewhere for a lunch or dinner ADR.

I have it everyday - my usual is organic granola with a couple tablespoons of hemp seeds & chia seeds. That keeps me full all morning (protein from the hemp seeds and fiber from the chia).

I eat breakfast every morning without fail. Always either oatmeal and banana or cereal and banana. I don't change it up much/ever.

Diabetic so yes.
Usually Greek yogurt and coffee. I change it up with thin bagel half with light cream cheese and tomatoes or toast with peanut butter or cottage cheese or Special K streusel bar or Special K cereal with touch of milk.
Leftovers work, half a ham sandwich, grilled cheese, hard boiled egg, Danish crispbread with cheese spread and veggies, etc.
While at WDW a week of waffles! A child plate was perfect for my needs- 2 Mickey waffles with sugar-free syrup, 2 strips of bacon and an applesauce!

At home, almost never, except for coffee. At Disney I schedule a few breakfast ADRs each trip, but I make them for late morning and count it as my lunch.

Both DH and I always eat first thing in the morning, as soon as we get up. Usually something like oatmeal, eggs, or an english muffin. We always eat at Disney too before going to the parks - either a breakfast ADR first thing in the morning or just grabbing a bounty platter from the food court :thumbsup2

Every day. During the week (and when at WDW) it's usually easy stuff like instant oatmeal and yogurt. On weekends I like to go all-out and make eggs, sausage, grits, toast and sliced tomatoes (in season). On special occasions I like to make pancakes from scratch. Breakfast is one of my favorite things.

Monday - Friday it's just yogurt and coffee, but I have a cooked breakfast (oatmeal or eggs) on the weekend. In fact, I have a standing every other Sunday breakfast "appointment" with one of my friends. We really enjoy checking out various restaurants in our city - not chains, but independent restaurants.

Breakfast is vital for me. It gives me energy in the morning, it prevents my body from retaining fat, and it gives me nearly a third of my daily 100g of protein. Typically I do a bowl of oatmeal, three eggs, and an English muffin. It's easily my favorite meal of the day.
