How many NO votes will be cast?

This may be a bit early, but what are everyone’s guesses as to how many shareholders (% wise) will vote no.

I pulled up some info from Yahoo Finance

Disney shares outstanding 2.05 Billion
2% owned by insiders
65% owned by institutions

As of July, Roy owns 16,510,280 shares or about 0.8%

Without knowing how much influence the ISS recommendation has ont the major fund holders, my guess is 20-25%, with a hope of more.
