Honestly, I don't think it will make a difference. Popular ADRs get scooped up quickly weekend or not.

Are you sure it’s a Saturday, you arrive 3 days before us and ours is a Wednesday. Oh well I probably don’t know how to add, lol. I would recommend to do the hardest ones first and book them at the end of your trip if possible since people that arrive up to 10 days before you have already booked.
