Yes! We have been to Disney World 20+ times but never DL! That restaurant is on my list. And Blue Bayou as my youngest daughter’s favorite ride is Pirates of the Caribbean.

It's my second (pre-Middle School) Mommy & Me trip (2 of 4). DD11 starts middle school next year in 6th grade, instead of 7th like her brother, plus no COVID travel limits! I've been mentioning it to DH every few weeks, but he's been a grumpus about it. However, I have a Marriott free night credit that needs using, and DD has been asking me when she gets to go on her trip pretty much since I returned from her brother's.

I told DH a budget of $1500 in cash. But, I think I can do it for less.

Projections:
Hotel: Points/FNC
Airfare: Miles/Companion Pass + $22.50
Tickets: 3-day Military Promotional with MultiPass $391x2= $782
Uber to/from airport: $100-150 (into LAX, out of SNA)
ART Shuttle Passes: $16x2= $32

Food still needs planning. I've done Blue Bayou, Wine Country Trattoria, Golden Horseshoe and Lamplight Lounge. I wasn't super impressed with any of them, so I'm not sure if I want to commit the time or money to it. I'll probably book something (maybe Carthay Circle) then cancel once I get more settled into my plans. WOC Dessert Party doesn't seem available, and I don't think it would be in the budget for my sister, who is coming with us.
We will have breakfast available at our hotel, but I haven't been impressed with those offerings in many years.

I have some Disney cash rewards sitting in that CC account that will help offset the food and incidentals. DD is more of a shopper than her brother though, so I need to keep that in mind. I'm going to try to avoid buying souvenirs for my boys. They really really don't need them, and the plushie situation is getting out of hand.
