How many miles on your car? What make/model?

Kia Amanti. 2004. 36k. LOVE it. LOVE.

2008 Honda CRV has 25000 miles on it
2010 Honda civic is brand new (we've had it a year) and i have no clue how many miles are on it

hubby's car replaced a hyundia elantra hatchback that had way too many miles and way too many issues with it.

2003 Subaru Forester - 110k miles
2002 Subaru Outback - about 95k miles

Both very good cars that we hope to have for awhile longer.

Just rolled over 100,000 on the 03 Jetta. Motor finally broken in.

Wifey is about 500 miles shy of 100k on her 06 Ford. Figure it is pretty close to end of life being it's a Ford. Already has quite a bit of rust starting.

Right now I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt with about 57k on it. Bought it used in 2009 (it was 18 months old) with 23k on it.

It replaced a '99 Escort that had 150k on it. It finally had a year where maintenance cost more than payments would have, so I replaced it. I'm only paying $180 a month for the Cobalt, though, since I bought it slightly used and got it for about 8k less than I would have paid for a new one.

2003 Toyota Sequoia 134,000 and going strong!
2009 Toyota Sequoia 50,000 and LOVING it!

I just had to mention this. My mom just ask me to sell her car for her, she is 92 and decided not to drive anymore. It is a 1994 Pontiac Grand Am, she is the original owner, it has 26,000 original miles on it.

DH has s 2000 Chevy Silverado with 240,000. It has been the best truck!! No major work on it other than maintenance. We purchased new. DH said I shouldn't brag on it because something might happen. We will be replacing it with a new Silverado within the next 18 months.
I have a 2008 Toy Highlander with about 80,000. The battery went dead last week. Only thing we've had to replace so far. We did purchase new. Love my car! Hoping to get the same mileage out of this one as my hubby's truck.
We purchased DD a used 05 Honda Accord. It has about 100,000 on it. We've had almost a year and no problems mechanically. The trunk leaks when she runs through a carwash, but not when it rains:confused3. We need to get that fixed this summer.
For the poster that mentioned not buying domestic cars, just wanted to share our Silverado!

06 Dodge Caravan 65000 miles
08 Hyundai Accent 60000 miles
09 Hyundai Accent 35000miles
10 Kia Soul 31000 my car and I love it

We are payment free too, which I love!!!!

Which one? I have about 19,000 on one car [4 years old], 32,000 on the 2d [6 years old] and 204,000 on the 3d [30 years old - still all original, and yes I drive it regularly :goodvibes] Two of the 3 are German, including the 200K+ sweetie.

We have 3 cars:
1992 Saturn 217,000 miles, runs ok, unfortunately frame is rusting and the windshield keeps cracking due to stress. Too $$ to keep replacing it. Gas gauge always says empty, so we have to keep track by the odometer.Plastic interior always bugged me-very noisy. It was the first year for that model. This is probably the end. Car was in-law's before we got it (had 17,000then) DH drives it 60 miles a day to work.

1996 Honda Civic 231,000 miles still going, has some body damage- the body will go before the engine does. That's why I love Hondas. Original owners. In the past we've only had Hondas. 1st one had 262,000 miles before it rusted out, 2nd had 200,000 before it was totaled in an accident. Both ran perfect.

2001 Saab wagon, 191,000 miles
DD bought used 4 years ago with 152,000 miles on it. Only paid $2400 for it, but have done complete exhaust system, battery, tires, alternator, brakes, fuel line,ABS rebuilt etc.Probably $4000+ put in it then the turbo went in maine while on vacation ($2500 to fix, sob). Not going to put in any more $$ into it, not worth it. DD always wanted a Saab, but we should have gone with our instincts and gotten an older model from Sweden, not a glorified GM car. We have friends with an old Saab that has over 300,000 miles on it runs like new.

We'll keep driving them till they die or they get too expensive to fix, as we aren't able to buy a new car anytime soon. Luckily DH is a good mechanic, and can do most of the work himself.

2002 Olds Silhouette 100,300 miles

2009 Pontiac G6 80,000

Both purchased new.
The mini-van has been used for major trips and running the kids to activities, grocery store, etc for the most part. My vehicle and I am a SAHM

DH drives the G6 to work. We also use it on the weekends to save mileage on the more expensive van. This was our first Olds and we really have loved it. Most of our cars have been Pontiacs over the years. I LOVE Pontiacs and am still not happy they were closed. Not sure what we'll buy when we replace DH car in a few years. We will have the van until it falls apart.

When we got married 21 years ago, DH had just bought a Ford Escort. It was a stick shift and he drove that thing for over 100,000 miles and never replaced the clutch!

I had a 2001 Cavalier, bought brand new, it had 140,000 miles on it when I got rid of it last year. I never had any problems with the car other than regular upkeep.

I now have a 2010 Dodge Charger, 40,000 miles. Running good so far.

We recently bought DD a '99 Honda Civic with 105K miles on it. It runs like a champ. DD's friend got a newer model Ford with 40K less miles on it for the same price. DD asked me why we didn't get her something newer like her friend got and I said, "Because she got a Ford. It won't last." Sure enough her friend's car has all kinds of problems and has been in the shop for 2 weeks. Now DD understands! :thumbsup2

I have a 2000 Chevy Malibu LS with 209,000 miles! It's been a great car! Hope it makes it to 250,000 at least, can't afford a car payment yet!

DH just got rid of his 1997 Dodge Dakota last year, it had 218,000 miles! It was getting pretty bad though.

We both drive 25 miles one way to work every day, so we have a lot of highway miles on our vehicles.

Both of us have cars that are just now almost a year old.
2011 Ford Flex SEL - 9,000 (which includes one WDW trip from TX!)
2011 Ford F150 - 9,000

We don't put a lot of miles on our cars really.
