I once used 8 but 2 of them were disconnected and I don't count those. So six at MK, usually 5 at EPCOT, AK and DHS.

I looked back at my notes from May 2013, and we pulled 6 FPs at MK the day after Memorial Day. This was a very crowded day at the park, and we rode rides from rope drop until about 7:00.

Under FP+ I think they definitely need to allow more FP+ selections at MK.

While I do not like the tiers at the other parks, I can slightly understand the 3 FP+ limit there, and it looks like that was about all we pulled on the days at those parks.

If they would up the MK limit and get rid of the tiers, I would not have many complaints about the new FP+ system. This based on our touring last May.

I answered 2, but that's an average and they were for rides I already had ridden or for multiples on the same ride.

I chose 5, but usually 3 of those would be for the same ride. (Splash in MK, EE in AK, TSM in DHS, and Soarin in Epcot)

That's my big beef with FP+, I only get to ride my favorite ride once unless I get there at ropedrop, then I get twice but with no other headliner unless I'm waiting in lines. The other FP choices are almost useless since we genrally go at a slower time and hardly ever fastpass those choices anyways.

Most days none or one. I don't think I ever used more then 3 in a day all of my trips and more then 1 was an anomaly. They could eliminated all forms of FastPass and I'd be fine. It wouldn't affect me one bit.

We never actually used that many, probably never more than 3 unless we were at MK all day, but they would always be quality FP: One for Soarin AND Test Track. Or two but one would be for TSMM AND we'd get one for RNRRC.

That is why I asked "on average" so you can use an estimated figure  Not exactly a scientific poll - just my curiosity.

Oh I get it. But when you have 10 different options to choose from, providing an answer requires a level of precision in "averaging" that I don't think most people can do. As I said, I chose 5. But I have no idea if I answered correctly. So my "average" became more of a "guess". Had there been a range of, say, 4-6, then I would be very confident in my response. Right now, it was just a WAG.

We probably averaged about 7/day when we could use them whenever we wished.

That dropped to about 5/day once return times were enforced - all on headliners. This on days in which we were able to arrive in the parks at or near rope drop.

Those numbers dropped dramatically when we got in the parks after 10 am. In fact, I would say we probably averaged 3/day when we arrived after 10.

You do realize that the average of 4-6 is 5 right?

4+5+6/3=5 so a range would not have been any more accurate :confused3

I voted 3 cause last couple of times we went I noticed we used about that many most days. MK days we definitely would use 4 though. Of course like others have mentioned the last few times we went were late April/May so not a super busy time. Although maybe that increases our usage because there was easier access to FP's because fewer people in the way/demand for them? I think the bigger issue for us isn't overall number of FP's but ability to get more than one per ride. Long story short it was 3 for us most days and usually 4 on MK days.

I also voted 5 but it really depends on the park. 3 for sure at every park sometimes more if we wanted a 2nd ride. Always more than 3 at MK though. We used 3 by noon most of the time there usually:
Peter Pan
Pooh
Space Mountain

Later on:
BTMR
Splash
Jungle Cruise

The other three parks, yeah 3 is typically sufficient for our trips. The problem for me is the tiering at DHS and Epcot.

I picked 9 or more - but to be fair, that's for MK. I pulled up my notes from my last trip (early March 2013), and it was actually 8, but that's with almost an hour of running around TSI and an afternoon break. I can't go back and change my answer though...

I chose 4 but in Epcot 2 were always Soarin & TT and in HS two were always TSMM & RNR. That is the part that really hurts.

I chose 5 but it really depended on the park and how our day was going.

At AK we'd normally use 4-5 -- one for the Safari, one for Kali Rapids, and 2-3 for Everest.

At DHS we'd normally use 4-5 -- two for TSM, two for RnRC, and maybe one for ToT.

At Epcot we'd normally use 4-5 -- two for Soarin, two for Test Track, and maybe one for Mission Space.

At MK we'd normally use 6-7, give or take one or two -- two for BTMRR, two for Space Mt, one for Peter Pan, and on our last trip one for Under the Sea, plus one for the Princess meet. Sometimes we might use one for Splash Mt, sometimes not.

I personally rarely use FP for the same ride in the same park on the same day. From what I can remember this is what I got for the last trip, since I took pictures of all the FP I got (Glad I did since we'll never see them again! Glad I got to keep my Splash FP as a souvenir too!!)

DHS: 1 for Star Tours (Didn't get there early enough to get TSM FP) Would have pulled one for TSM. So 2.

AK: 1 for Safari, 1 for Kali (I believe? I didn't take a picture of this one) and 2 for EE (The two includes the person I was going with's FP because she didn't want to ride) otherwise I just rode single rider for it like 5 times. So 3.

MK: (This is the day I use the most) Splash 1, BTMR 1, Space 1, Jungle Cruise 1 (I remember that my mom went to go get PP FP but was unable to for some reason? While I was waiting for Merida. So we ended up on SB for that:confused3) WASTED an HOUR for Barnstormer SB (Ride is LAME. Never doing that again) I rode Space 2 more times during night EMH (BEST) So 4 at MK (maybe 5 I might be forgetting one)

EP: Mom stood SB for TT as I RAN across to the other side of the park for Soarin FP. Didn't even end up getting to ride it together:furious:. So 1

I guess FP+ is aimed at someone like me? :rolleyes1:worried:

I choose two but for most of the family at most parks it's closer to one. The exception is TSM, which a couple of my kids would FP all day.

OP, why the emphasis on the word "really"?

Do you believe people have been exaggerating or something?

Interesting. The current overall average is 4.4. I have checked it multiple times today and it has hovered between 4 and 4.5. Looks like WDW isn't far off with 3 FP+ in the current test. If they would up it to 4 or 5 FP+/day that would be reflective of THIS poll's current average.

We also have to remember that 50% of guests didn't use legacy FP and that data could have tugged down the initial data - making it 3 FP+ per day.

I will be very curious to see how this poll continues and what changes Disney might make in the coming months.

No, I just know that I sometimes pulled 3 FastPasses and only used 2 etc. I want to know the number that you actually used - not the number you pulled in a given day.
