Hi,

I'm currently in the planning stages for our October trip. We have 12 days (7 nights at CBR and 6 at WL). We have dd5 and dd3 and are planning a leisurely trip - though don't want to miss anything much. This is our third trip and probably last for quite a while. I have done my daily plan and totalled up the hours at each park. do you think we will have enough time? I have put in quiet a bit of rest/pool time so there is plenty of room to put in extra park time.

MK - 18 + magic hour and MNSSHP
EPCOT - 15 hours + magic hour
MGM - 13 hours
AK - 11 hours + magic hour
BB - whole day
TL - whole day
Last day is total free at this stage to redo favs or do more shopping.

I think it depends on how you define leisurely pace, really, but I think you might have too much time alloted for AK and MGM.

Personally I could spend the rest of my life at MK, lol, so that time is just fine! :D

I don't know that you would need 11 hours at AK. I think you could cut that down to Early Magic Hour (which not that great at AK) and the rest of that day.

Epcot might get a little boring for your little ones after that length of time unless they are really into the KidCot stations in World Showcase. Magic Hour may or may not be worth it for you because Mission Space and Test Track both have height requirements that your kids may or may not make.

Sounds like you're on you're way, though. Hope you have a nice and relaxing trip!:D

I think it looks good...On our last trip, we did a 2 hours visit to MGM...we only did Star tours/Indiana Jones(but we are going back every year). So I am no help there. We did at least 8 hours in AK and we did no shows/parades. We did the safari 2 mornings, and the Jungle Trek - I loved it. My DH and children rode the Falls 5 times, and we all did Dinosaur. Next trip I would like to see Tarzan and It's a Bug's life. You might want to consider an extra hour or two at Epcot since it is a busy time of year there. You will need FP for Test Track, and you might have to try a couple of times to get it. Good Luck, and Have a great trip:D

Thanks for the advise so far - anyone else?

We have always filled in a full day at AK and missed out on some things. So I'm planning on just taking the kids back and seeing more animals (like the gorilla's which we've not seen yet). Dad gets a morning off. I think the kids will enjoy some extra time here redoing some favs and just playing in the boneyard.
