How many Hoosiers out there?

The last time I posted on an Indiana thread I met a fellow DISer. Was a wonderful experience and a fantastic and interesting lady. Funny thing was that one day she told me she would like to meet in person and I said great, next time you are in town. She replied that she WAS in town. Where I enquired? At the library. :rotfl2:

I told her to go out the back door and wave as I live behind the library. BTW the town I live in is very small (about 2,000 pop) I love it!! :sunny:

We live south of Indpls near Columbus. I am originally from Ohio but have lived in IN for more than half of my life now.

BTW, for whomever wanted to know how many Hoosiers there are - the answer seems to be 6,080,485. I am figuring that about 6,000 more or less are Disney fans and the rest just do not know what they are missing out on. :cheer2:

Slightly Goofy/Linda

I don't technically reside in Indiana, but we live about 13 miles from the border close to New Harmony/Evansville. My DH works in Evansville and I did too until I became a SAHM in April. We live in Carmi, IL (a small rural town close to the Ohio River). We did, however, live in Indy for 3 1/2 years after we got married and had our first child there. My dad was also born and raised just outside of Indy in Danville where my extended family still lives and my uncle is the assistant superintendent of schools at Tri-West just in case anyone wants to know... :teeth:

Anyhoo, can't claim Illinois...most people from out state are from Chicagoland and that is WAY FAR from us!!

hello, to my slightly goofy neighbor!!! I "hoped" you would reply!! i missed the parade this year, due to the rain, didnt want my 18 month old out in it, not taking any chances of him getting sick now, we fly out dec 1!!!! Hope its nice for the octoberfest down the road. We will be thre sat nite, of course wearing disney attire!!

take care neighbor

Born and raised in northern Indiana. For the last 25 years I have been in the
Lafayette/West Lafayette area. (Go Boilers!)

Hoping to get back soon. Memories of last year's MVMCP are still fresh in my mind!

cruiserkaren I am sorry that I didn't respond back to you quicker LOL, never read the thread afterwards. Lets see if you are 15 min from my home town that can only be a few places lOl, Fayette County isn't that big. My parents still live there and dad has an antique store north of town. Small world.
