I'm curious. I've been a WW member for years. A series of events lead to a big gain for me and I've gone back "on program" and have lost almost 11 pounds in about 5 weeks. I find that, for me,WW is a great choice. Also I think it might be even easier for men because (sorry ladies) we usually can work with a higher point total and still lose weight, coupled with the freedom and flexibility the plan provides. I know a lot of guys don't like the idea of meetings - guess what neither do I and I don't go. I use the on-line tools and am very honest with myself about how much I eat. I know, I sound like a WW commercial (I do not have a financial arrangement with them except for the $15.95 I pay every month for the on-line service
) So - am I alone? Are there many other guys out there on WW?

.. Who wouldnt like eating 6 meals a day and only requiring 30 minutes 3 days a week, 45-1 hours 3 days a week in exercise. And one day off from exercising and you can eat whatever you want. It works well, teaches you how to eat properly and get the most out of your workouts. But in the end it's all about the person doing the program
