The tree is up. about 50% is Disney decorations. even outside!! LOL

I didn't realize there was a way to decorate that wasn't Disney themed !!! It's everywhere - inside, outside, dishes, bathrooms, kitchen - thank goodness hubby is totally on board - he is trying to create a 6" mickey head wreath for part of our roof Gotta love a disney christmas!!

We have a few Disney ornaments, and these are mostly from special trips. When DMom was celebrating her 85th birthday, I bought ornaments for all of the attendee that mentions everyone's names and the year and the fact that we were at BWV in December.

We've been sending a tree for the DIS Christmas tree swap for a few years now, and there are 2 trees that go, each in an alternate year. So, this year our "VWL" tree is home with us, it's not huge, but it's on our kitchen counter and it has lots of Disboard memories attached to it. Many people have added a Disney ornament to/for it.

Our main tree has lots of references to Disney, other memories of the tree swap, and visits, but if you looked at it, it's not the Disney theme that sticks out, it's the family theme, lots of ornaments with names of family members that took special trips with us, and homemade ornaments from family and friends.

We are just home from Thanksgiving in a wonderful cabin in the Smokies. We bought a 9 names ornament, and our Dollywood personalizer managed to include our DDog's name on the ornament, since we had rented a cabin that allowed us to bring her. It's those sorts of ornaments that we really treasure!
