How many devices?

There are 5 of us.

1 desktop, 1 lap top, 1 iPad, 3 iPhones (dh, me, dd13), 2 iPods (ds10 and an old one that was dd13s). Dd8 will get an iPod for Christmas. Ds10 will get an iPhone for 6th grade graduation next June.

It's my mom and I..

2 smart phones
i have an xbox360
a wii
and a 3ds
we have 3 laptops (hers, mine, and the one she uses for her embroidery machine)
and a desktop in my craft room
we also have a samsung tablet that's docked in the kitchen for recipes and stuff

Enough to keep us happy! But, not enough for this brag fest

Oh my gosh, way too many. I'm addicted to electronics. :hyper:

3 laptops, iPad 4, iPad mini, Kindle Fire HD tablet, Kindle reader, Acer tablet, Samsung Galaxy tablet, 2 smart phones, a dumb phone, one of the TV's is "smart", a couple of Roku boxes, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Wii, a Sony Dash smart clock, and more digital cameras than I care to count. Oh, and DD4 has a LeapPad Ultra.

Surprisingly, almost all of the devices get used at least a couple of times a week.

Lol this is sad but boyfriend and I have two MacBooks, two ipads, two iphones, two ipod nanos, one ipod shuffle, one kindle...thats sad!

How many devices are in your family?

3 desktops, 1 Mac Mini, 2 Macbook pros (work), 2 Nabi tablets, 1 iPad, 1 iPad mini, 3 iPhones (1 not used), 2 iPod touch (1 broken), 1 Nook Color (broken), 2 Kindles, 1 Nintendo DS and 1 Canon Rebel XT DSLR, Roku, Apple TV (old and new- using new), Wii (hardly ever use), Xbox 360 w/full Rockband (which is not hooked up and we never use). We have lots of computer parts, one old laptop that used to be my oldest daughter's when she was 6 but the dogs ate the battery charger and we never got a new one since she got her desktop. :thumbsup2

Family of four here me, dh, son (18) and daughter (15) and I think we have way to many devices

2 iphones
1 Htc M8
1 samsung phone
1 macbook pro
3 laptops
1 iPod touch
1 kindle fire
2 iPads airs
1 galaxy note 3
1 kindle black and white
1 original nook
1 wii
2 nintendo 3ds

They also want the new Wii U. When we go on vacation I've resorted to taking a extension cord because of so many devices.

We have (family of 2):

1 iPhone - me
1 Dumb phone - him
1 Laptop that we share - hardly ever used
1 Tablet that we share - mostly him
1 Nook - strictly for me - the most used device we own, lol.

I really don't see the need for any more than this. We don't really even use what we have...

Family of 5 (3 adults, ds13, dd10):

1 desktop
2 laptops
1 iPad
4 other tablets
3 iPod Touches
1 older iPod
2 smart phones
3 dumb phones
Blue Ray
4 TVs
4 DS
1 Wii
2 older gaming systems

For me, dh, dd#1, dd#2 and ds, we have 1 desktop, 2 laptops, 3 smartphones, a few IPods/old Iphones that are used only for music, an XBox 360 and 2 non-smart phones.

Not crazy but enough I guess. :confused3

Me, DH, DD20:
I have a tracfone.
DH has a tracfone.
DD has a phone on a monthly plan w/unlimited talk and text, and can access wifi. Definitely not a smart phone, but WAY more than DH and I have.
DD has an iPod (just for music, it's probably 8 years old).
DD has a MacBook Pro.
DH has an HP laptop.

DH has two laptops from work but each has specific data collection and analysis programs on them. They also each run a different form of instrumentation. He uses them, but not as a "regular" laptop; no word processing, email, etc. They are specifically for each instrument.

I use a MacBook Pro from work. It's "mine" for teaching, ostensibly, but we all use our work laptops as our "own." If I didn't have it, I don't' think I'd have a laptop. Budget only goes just so far.

Family of four, two teens.

2 televisions.

4 talk/text pay-as-you-go phones.

1 laptop. (During the school year, the kids also have school-provided apple laptops, but are somewhat limited on what they can use them for since so many sites are blocked.)

PS3.

1 ipod and 1 ancient zune that DH still takes to the gym.

1 Samsung Galaxy tablet. I use this for nursing school and love it. I can take my studies anywhere.

All of these get a lot of use.

We also have a PS2 that gets pulled into service on occasion when DS wants to play one of his older games. And a kindle that will no longer charge (second time that has happened, grrr.)

I myself own:
-1 desktop
-1 laptop
-1 Samsung smartphone
-1 iPod Touch (used to be Mum's, she gave it to me after getting a iPhone)
-1 iPod Shuffle
-1 iPod Classic (Also used to be Mum's, no idea where it's got to)
-1 Kindle
-1 point & shoot camera

Camera, Kindle and Shuffle were birthday/Christmas presents, phone was free with phone plan, iPod classic was handed down, brought both computers with my own money :)

There are 3 of us, me DH and DD12. We have 3 Iphones, 3 Ipads, 3 Laptops, 2 desktop PC's and 2 Nooks. Most of the time we use our IPads instead of our laptops but we are looking at buying a IMac.

If I had to include all the electronics, I would have to add a Wii, playstation 3, Xbox 360, 2 TV's, 1 3D TV, a 3D Blue Ray player with smart capabilities, a roku box, and the old DS and other handheld crap....

We are a 4 person household: Me, DH DD (11) and DS (9)
Here are our toys:
1 laptop
3 iphones
2 kindle fires
1 Nook HD

We aren't super techy people, but I do enjoy reading and don't have a lot of time to go to the library when it's open. So, the Nook helps me a lot. DH uses the laptop for work so we stay away from that.

DS wants an iphone, but can't be trusted with anything (he is currently grounded from the Wii and his kindle). He might be driving before he gets a phone lol.

Both dh and I have iPhones and iPads;he also has an old ipod from 6-7 years ago (just music, no apps).
The kids both have iPod touches, and they won a galaxy tab in a contest, so they have one of those that they share.

Oh- and they both have shuffles that they owned before their touches, which never get used, at all!

Both dh and I have laptops.

Family of 5....

5 iPhones
5 iPads
4 Macbooks
5 iPods
1 PC
1 Kindle
1 Nook

Family of four (DD 3, DS 10)

We own:

2 laptops (1 I keep with me at work)
1 iPad
2 iPhones (DH and I)
1 Kindle.

(Also, two TV's and a Wii)

And we feel like we have WAY too many electronics...I won't feel that way anymore after reading this thread!! ;)

Family of 6 (including 2 college age kids)

3 iphones
1 Samsung Galaxy
3 laptops
2 Ipod touches
3 Kindles

and one dumb phone that DD12 hasn't used or charged in 6 months. :crazy2:
