At Counter Service restaurants, each person gets an entree or combo meal, a dessert, and a non-alcholic beverage.
Specifics may vary - some CS locations allow any dessert, others limit your choice to one item (Tangierine Cafe = baklava; Pepper Market = Tier 1 desserts, whatever those are; etc). Some TS locations let you have "fancy" drinks or smoothies but limit you to one, or give you the option of soda/tea/coffee with unlimited refills; others allow only the latter; some locations restrict your choice of appetizers and/or desserts).
