TigerCheer2009--well, we are staying at the Boardwalk-another Diser by the name of Karen frequents Jellyrolls and we had talked about meeting one night there, but I am up for suggestions. I think it will be awesome to meet some of my fellow disers. If only it wasn't 138 days away!!! Let me know!

We have found that people other than DISers wear lime green shirts too. Imagaine that!! DD & I have decided to wear our gray DIS shirts on different days - doubles the chance to meet other DISers. Will have our DIS pins on each day, of course. We'll be at POP 12/7-12/10; and I can't wait!

TigerCheer2009--just let me know when and what everyone wants to do. I think it would be fun. We just found out yesterday that Delta was canceling our early flight out on Nov 27th and we didn't want to take the later one so darn!! We have to add a day to our trip!! We are now flying in on the 26th. I knew I would get DH down there for eight nights somehow!! Anyway, I am open for suggestions so lets have them!

I have a lime Mickey head for my lanyard with my DIS name and a Canada flag on it (Thanks Photobear Sam!) and I'll be bringing a whole roll of fluorescent lime flagging tape to use as "ribbon" on my pack, etc.

Someone suggested we put DIS signs in windows of our rooms or on our doors - great idea!

I'll be at LTT for MVMCP on Dec. 8 and I'll be Lookin' for Lime!

Having just had the bottom 1/4 of my hair almost a lime green color thanks to a hotel pool/hot tub, I can honestly say I will NOT be wearing lime green anytime soon.

BUT, I will go find the lime green Mickey paint chips and a ribbon so that I can be distinguished as a DIS'er.

Lime green is the 'official' color of the dis boards, so when we travel to WDW, a lot of us try to have something lime green on so other Dis'ers will recognize us and hopefully say hi!! The Mickey heads are found at Home Depots in the paint section. They are actually paint chips in the shape of Mickey heads and you can get some pretty nice lime green ones. So...of course we have gotten them and attached them in some very creative ways to our belongings and/or person!!!

One thing I know I'm gonna need is a wide-brimmed hat, or I'll be blistered by noon on the 1st day. I'm thinking a big straw cowboy hat, with a lime-green ribbon around the base. I have a green t-shirt, don't think i'll wear it everyday!
