Going with niece age 16 and daughter age 7....do you think 4 1/2 days is enough to see most of the main attractions? Planning to go 11/1-11/6 but can add another day. Thanks for any advice!!!

Yes, that should be a perfect amount of time as the parks should be fairly quiet at that time!

If you want to see any of the fireworks or Fantasmic or maybe even WOC you might want to make sure that you have 2 weekend days. Otherwise the parks should be very quiet and a walk on for most rides.

We were at DLR at that same time last year and LOVED it. We knew that we would miss HM and IASW because of overlays and we knew that we would miss the Halloween stuff - but we didn't care. We saw everything we wanted to and more and our DS 8 was finally tall enough to ride Screamin and was able to ride it 15 times in 3 days. The line was never more than 15 minutes.

It was really fun to go into the parks each morning and see what had been changed from Halloween to Christmas. It was actually sort of magical and a little funny to see the Halloween and the Holiday both up in different parts of the parks.

Park hours will most likely be 10 am to 8 pm - we found this to be plenty of time for leisurely park touring and, like I said before, we rode and saw everything we wanted to.

Have a great time! I wish I was going back at that time of year - we don't have another trip planned anytime soon. :sad2:
