Just wondering what was the most days that you spent at the 4 major parks on one visit?

What would you like to spend-7 days, 10 days, 14 days longer???

We are planning 14 days at the major parks and 4 at the water/wide world of sports...etc

Is this too long?

I guess it would depend on how many times you've been there before. . . personally, I've been quite a few times so 5 days for the major parks would be about right; but if someone was seeing all or most of it for the first time, more days would definitely be best to see everything.

Of course, it's always nice to have a couple days in between park days to relax a little, and if you have a lot of time, the 2 parks at Universal are definitely worth checking out, as is Sea World. . . :)

If I had an AP I would go more than 4 days, but we only stay for a week, which is basically a day at each park and the other days are to relax, possibly drive to a beach..:)

It's something isn't it...?..lol

I said the last one, 3 weeks, but realistically, unless I were to win the lottery or something of the sort, it will usually be closer to 7-8 days.

We went for 6 days. I would have loved to have taken a day in the middle just to relax by the pool, sleep or whatever. :)

My favorite trip was the one we stayed for 10 Days. I thought it was perfect! We weren't rushed to do everthing, and we had time to do exactly what we wanted.

Our longest trip to the World so far has been 12 days, and YES we do go to the parks every day!! An AP will do that for you!

I think it all depends if this is your first trip or not. I've been to WDW many times and so don't need to spend a lot of time in the BIG parks.

Last visit, we had 2 days left on our hoppers from a previous visit and we made those do. Actually, we didn't feel deprived at all (longer park hours that trip though).

Other days were filled with water parks (2 at TL), days at the pool (FW), resort hopping in the evenings, DTD and off-site to Christmas, FL for an airboat ride and then picnic lunch and walk on Cocoa Beach.

Total of 9 nights at WDW.

MOST RELAXING!!!

Of course, if money is no object, I would love to be able to come and go -- but ....

p.s. We will be there for spring break 2003 and we have purchased the 3 day hopper plus.

The shortest I've stayed is 4 days (that was before Animal Kingdom opened) and the longest I've stayed is 10 days (that was after Animal Kingdom open and for my honeymoon). The 10 days was definatly better, but still not enough...we got so lazy thinking we had all the time in the world we left and realized there were a lot of things we didn't get done! I would like to be able to stay for 14 days...that sounds just right to me. That gives you at least 2 days in each park (although we are TRUE park hoppers we can go all over the World in one day) plenty of nights to see all the firework shoes, not to mention plenty of days to catch all the parades. Sometimes you have to skip those parades though since its the least crowded times on the rides so 14 days would give you plenty of time for that. Plus you wouldn't have that tired exhausted feeling I always get at the end of the day when we're only there for a few days.

I want to see and do everything on this trip. Well maybe.

We were thinking of going to a park then leaving in the afternoon and resort hopping then back to a park at night. We want to see all the resorts to take pictures and to see which one we like the most.

We also want to see a lot of the entertainment at Epcot...

I would say 5, maybe 6 days out of a typical 10 day vacation. However, if I was going for 2 1/2 weeks, I would buy an AP and then spend maybe a few hours each day or every other day at the "major" parks...with that much time, there is no need to spend all day at one of the 4 main theme parks. :)

We go every day. But then again, our trips aren't that long and I still need to ride Splash. :)

We have stayed twice for longer than 2 weeks and it is fabulous!

We usually spend about 10+ days in the BIG parks and the other days for off site stuff.

Alas, I have never got to stay longer than four days!!!:(

11 days is the longest I spent and I didn't want to leave. I don't know if I could ever be "theme parked" out :)

I picked the last choice - We went the first trip for 8 days & decided it was too short. I've made some short trips with friends, but family trips we average 12 days & do the parks everyday. We get AP's & don't necessarily spend all day at the Parks.... Usually Commando 2 or 3 days out of the 12-14 days.

Oct 2002 we did the parks 5 days, Sea World, Wilderness Lodge pool another day, etc. We first reserved at the WL for 6nights so did commando mode. Then on the 6th day we extended our stay another 3 nights so at the end we were able to relax more. And now that we bought into DVC who knows how many days we'll do the parks next year?
In 5.5wks we leave for the Disney Magic Eastern Carib cruise and arent stopping at the parks at all cos we know we will be back! And hey, if anyone is going to the parks Nov 30-Dec 7 Mickey will be with us!

Usually go to Orlando for upwards of 10-14 days but not all days are disney days. one or two we go to the west coast and then maybe a couple to the east Coast to visit KSC and my aunt and uncle in Melbourne

haven't been to Universal but 1 and that was before IOA!
