60 days for most, there are still a few places that go off of 45 days. BUT if you're making arrangements for others that have the 60 day requirement, they'll usually let you do your 45 day stuff at the same time anyway.
Haven't done Fantasmic with our daughter yet either - she just turned 3 in October and is not a sitter. I'm hoping THIS year we'll do that when she turns 4. Her favorite places though are Breakfast with Minnie & Friends (Plaza Inn character breakfast - tricky to schedule if you're doing off season), the Lilo and Stitch Breakfast at PP (you can see Daisy there and Minnie and Pluto - and that's a HUGE hit for her), Goofy's Kitchen (she eats there like you wouldn't believe every single time! I like the activities to allow us time to eat plus the characters are awesome) and Ariel's Grotto (it's all about the princesses and with Princess Minnie now there as well - at least sometimes - you can't go wrong.) We do ALL the character meals when we visit and usually more than once but those are HER favorites.
Chip & Dale's breakfast is also really nice and great for kids who like animals. Carnation Cafe is a HUGE favorite with our family - because the food is just fantastic!
Jazz Kitchen Express Window in DTD is also one of our 3 year old's favorite places to eat - she loves the popcorn chicken and smiley face fries. To be honest, I like them too! The beignets are to die for. For adults, the inside menu is more fantastic than express window but they don't have the express window favorite for my daughter inside. So, we do a lot of lunches at the express window and try to fit in ONE inside meal for the adults.
Depending upon your 2 year old's ability to sit through a meal, Blue Bayou is great or not great. The atmosphere is excellent and not to be missed. BUT, if you don't have a sitter, it can be pretty annoying for you and you don't get the true experience of dining there. For our daughter's 3rd birthday, she insisted on Blue Bayou for her "fancy" dinner for her birthday night. She got all dressed up and they really catered to her. THAT was a great night and the first that we all really enjoyed it. Any place that has creme brulee is a hit for me - so I love it!
Avoid Village Haus please, we've NEVER had a good experience there for any of us, in fact it's been downright terrible every time. If you need a quick snack meal for your 2 year old - hit River Belle Terrace (and there are some desserts there that you might like as well.)
