there is no way to know until you arrive.

When you arive at your Disney Resort you have to go to guest services and they will check for you.

Found this on our very own home page, right here on the dis :thumbsup2

If you have left over park tickets from previous visits and can't remember how many days you have left on them, you can have your ticket checked while at Disney World or you can call Disney to check their status: 407-566-4985 - Option #5 or email ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com
NOTE: This service is only available Monday - Saturday from 8:30am - 4:30pm and seems to be hit or miss depending on which cast member you speak with.

Don't know when this info is from, but the most recent information has been that they will not tell you how many days you have left over the phone. They will only confirm that the ticket is still valid.

This is true from my experience. I called last September and they could only tell me that it was an active ticket but not how many days were on it. This was after 2 calls. The first person couldn't help me at all.

I called in July and was not able to check our tickets. We had to wait until we arrived. Turns out we had no park days left, only water park days, so we had to buy tickets there.

The official policy is that they will only let you know if the ticket has any entries on it and is valid for use. The only way you can tell is at a terminal at WDW that has access to the Automated Ticketing System.

And, if it is a pre-2005 Park Hopper Plus it has to be at a Park (or DTD) Ticket or Guest Relations window, the Resorts can't give accurate information on these type of tickets.

Yep, tried 3x and was on hold forever(I will have small world stuck in my head now for the rest of the day) and no one would tell me. Funny they seem to track everything else about me:lmao: DH will pay when he gets home, he updated them to the new tickets in January and didn't write it down, and of course I didn't remember to do it. Oh, well. Not sure if I should purchase tickets or not before I get there.

We got 10 day plus tickets and plan to spread them over three years or more, so I'm making hash marks on the tickets each time we use them so I can keep up. This is especially important since our teen may not use exactly the same days the rest of us do. He already used one "plus" day without us.
