how many days late for payment

I booked a last minute trip and of course my extra money is going to be delayed in getting to me. Payment is due the 17th but I won't have the money until possibly the 29th. Can I call to make sure they won't automatically cancel us? Will they give us an extension just as long as they know?

I don't know the answer but I hope you are able to get an extension.

I called and she noted date we would pay. She couldn't say they wouldn't cancel but that if it was noted they would at least call before they did anything. I called twice. Once was told there was nothing that could be done. Called again later and got a very pleasant worker who said it was no problem and took my number in case it wasn't paid by the noted date. It was about the same time frame as yours
