How many days for the parks

I am planning a trip to Universal Studios the first week of December. I plan to stay at the Hard Rock for 2 evenings and attend the parks all day on thursday and friday, then saturday morning only. Will this be enough time to experience everything? We are traveling with four adults no young children and are interested in the thrill rides not so much the attractions for the young children. Thank you for your help.

I think you will be fine. Since everyone is an adult you can also do SR lines if there isn't EP available for the ride.

With no kids, express pass, the early hour, and low crowds, you should be good! We like longer than that but we do things multiple times, and have kids with us. We went the first week of December this past year and crowds were very low.
