So this is really not a question for me In general. I could justify going to the Parks everyday of my trip, if i was going a couple of days or two weeks. With DL only having the two parks, how many days do you think it takes to get the full Disney magic For me Its everyday I am on vacation, If i don't get to go i feel like I miss something and i am wondering what If I miss something that day in the park. Even if its going late to the park that day, for a hour i got my Disney fix:love:.

I'd say 3 days is the minimum for the two parks. Its easy to park hop there because it is a very short walk from the exit of one park to the entrance of the other. That facilitates splitting things up during the day/night.

Amanda makes a good point about the rest time. It is important not to over-stress yourselves and the children when touring the parks. If you can afford more days (and the vacation time) I'd go for more days.

I would honestly say a min of 3 days (going Commando style) or up to 5 days for a more relaxed trip. If you take advantage of Fast passes, and have realistic expectations, then a 3 day is workable if you plan well for it. I've done a 2 1/2 day trip, and we did manage to get in all the things we wanted to do within that time frame, mainly because we've gone before and knew which rides we wanted to go on.

I like four days. I don't ever feel like I have to see everything so four days is pretty relaxed for us. Even when we go to WDW this fall we are only going for four days. I know we won't come close to seeing everything but we will have the four great days and a good reason to go back. :thumbsup2Then we will hit the beach for another four:beach: That is about how long our family's attention span is for any one thing.

4 or 5 days sounds about right, we get the 5 day pass so we can come and go as we feel. I like to throw in a day at the Beach and one other Park, this trip that's going to be US. Then we hit up DTD or Garden walk after we get back from other locations.

Wow, three days was just right before they built DCA! Now that DCA is expanded and upgraded, I'd say 5 days! We now go for 5 or 6 days. We get on our favorites several times, and there are some things we don't seem to get to. There is so much to do! Fireworks, WOC, and F! not to mention the parades. It is nice to have the time to not to have squeeze 3 or 4 shows in one day. And we always go back to room for an afternoon nap for a couple of hours to have more energy at night.

A common misconception is that because the parks are smaller, there aren't as many rides, which is actually not the case. I've heard several differing opinions, but the general idea is that the two parks contain just as many rides as the 4 WDW parks combined (but with less travel time). I'd say 3 days is the minimum, though, to get through most of them...

We did 4 last year. 3 days meeting characters abd riding rides and 4th day going back to redo our favorites. My kids were 2.5 and 5.5

That could be true, i do not have the patients to count LOL:rotfl2:, i think what eats up a lot of time to WDW is the live performances.

Matter of fact I might get a 6 day pass, my DS and his DGf might want to take day not to go, or coming back from the beach i could get a few hours In at the park:cool1:

We had a 5 day PH our first trip Spring 2010. Half of CA was under construction. We had 3 full days and 2 half days. It was enough for us.

This last trip in Sept we had 6 day PH and we could have had another day or two. We did totally take it easy and went with the flow, with the exception of RSR FP's 3 of our days. We had breaks during the day, even with shorter hours during the week. We did A LOT!! However there were some things we did not get to like animation academy.

I am really hoping DL brings back longer than 5 day PH's! We would love to plan our next trip with 7 days in the parks.

3 days usually does it for us and we always get it all in, but we always go during the off season when the lines are a little shorter too. Since your going during a time when the lines will be longer I would give it 4 days.

When I leave I always seem to say, i wish i seen more of this!. This last Sept trip i was telling my DS I wish we spent more time In Fantasy land, it just seem we stay (while in the DL park) In New Orleans square alot:confused3. Oh I felt i could of stay there at another three days. With July I am looking forward to the later hours.
