How Many Characters/Numbers in Your Reservation?

My reservation was made last week by my TA for late January/early February. It has 13 numbers in it. WDW reservations confirmed that the reservation is correct but the website only accepts 12 numbers. I can't see my reservation on-line, and I don't understand.

Am I the only one?

Mine, made by my TA, are both 12. Maybe send your TA an email to ask if there is an error?
