How many brothers

I have 3 older brothers and 2 older sisters. My eldest brother has passed away. We are all very close, in person and personally. Only my second oldest sister is out of state. I love having a close family.

I am the oldest of 5- 3 girls 2 boys. My brothers are each married with 3 kids too, sisters are single. We all go to my Mom's house every Sunday. It started as "Football Sundays" when my oldest DD was born- she is the oldest grandchild, and was born before anyone else was married- so there was still a couple living at home then. Now we all make it over there usually by late afternoon for Dinner and the kids play (9 grandkids (8 girls 1 boy) from 13-2). We talk to my sisters a couple times a week and my 1 sister in law (the other is never around but that is another story) We try to get to a game for each of the cousins during a season, go to all their birthday parties, and have all holidays together. We are a very tight group.

I'm an only child. DH is one of four boys. We have no contact with his younger brother but he talks to his older brothers every couple of weeks. They both live in different states so we don't actually see them often but anytime that they are within a few hours of us, they stop by.

I am the only girl and have four older brothers. We are all fairly close and talk bi-weekly. For some reason I am really close with my brothers that are twins. We vacation a lot together! Love my family!!!

I have one younger brother and we stay in regular contact with each other. We'd often meet at our local gym to workout together in addition to hanging out on holidays and special family occasions. Recently, he lost his long time girlfriend in a terrible accident. Needless to say, he and I are even closer.

I have 2 younger brothers. One is 29 one is 22.

I have one sister and one brother. We are very close in age. My sister lives about 3 hours away. We talk at least weekly and see each other several times a year. I consider us to be really close.

My brother lives about 5 hours away, but moved there only recently. Prior to that he was much further away. We now see each other several times a year. We talk sporatically, sometimes often, sometimes rarely. Our relationship is more sharing jokes or something interesting we think the other would want to hear. We text occasionally as well. We are not as close in terms of having heart to heart conversations, but he's got my back and I've got his. My girlfriends comment that we seem very close, even though he's not my "confidant."

I think we will actually have more in common again now that my kids are grown, since neither of my siblings ever had children. My brother especially seems to be more comfortable with them as adults.

We are getting into the making decisions regarding our parents phase and I think it may be pretty difficult, in spite of being pretty close siblings.

3 older sisters (2nd oldest passed away 20 years ago)--older than me by 15, 13 (well, if she was still around) and 11 years respectively.

1 older brother, 10 years older.


I don't speak to my oldest sister at all. She did wrong, and until she will admit it and get help, I can't deal with her. (Won't go into it on this thread, but I was a child and she screwed up my life) I'm on FB with her current husband though, he's a good guy. He was an OTR driver and would stop in for dinner when he came through town.

I FB with my other sister, but not very often. She drives me crazy with the "OMG this is going to kill you" or "OMG this person is a bad person" posts.

I FB with my brother too--he's the type that doesn't want people poking into his life, but we're closer than either of us is with the other two.

1 brother, 9 years younger then me. We don't really talk or anything and only see each other when we go visit my parents. We both kinda grew up as only children because of the age difference.

I have 1 older sister, 6 years, and an older brother, 5 years. I see my sister times a week. Twice at pool exercise ( which has kept my going two years) and once at quilting. My brother who is a good guy but not to social I see once or twice a month.

1 sister and we aren't in touch that much. She is bipolar, alcoholic and drug addiction but supposedly has been sober for 6months or so but now not so sure. The drama that comes with her is just too much to take at times.

I have one brother who is 16 months older than me and he lives about 5 minutes away. I am at his house at least once a week and we call each other when we need something or for dog sitting.

I actually talk to one of his DD's more than him.

I have a sister, a little bit older then me, we get together on Holidays, and a few party's every year. And we text a few times every week. We gotten closer since our parents died

I have 3 sisters - 3 brothers, have always been 'close' but difficult to see each other really often - live in 5 states. Six of us plan to get together the end of Oct. All are retirement age except youngest sis and hubby, so we have great times when we can be together - parents are gone now and sorely missed, but they raised us right - much love and respect will go a looooong way!

None. I had to "make do" with pets.

I could loan you a few dh and I have 2 Sisters and 6 Brothers between us!
I'm not too sure how they'd be as pets though.

I have 3 older sisters and we are all really close. One sister lives 5 minutes away from me and my other two sisters live over an hour away. We get together 7 or 8 times a year.

We've never had fights or squabbles, even as children. We have a lot of fun when we get together.

I have 2 Brothers 1 younger, 1 older. That makes me a "middle child" and their only sister.

They both call me their favourite!

I have 5 sisters (I'm the youngest). Oldest left for college when I was 5 and never lived at home after that, she moved successively farther away with each job and now lives very far away. I see her once or twice a year but definitely not close. 3 of them I keep in regular touch with, the other has some untreated mental illness and thinks we all hate her (not true). After years of trying to accommodate her crazy moods, I have given up. My 93 year old mom worries about what will become of her when she (my mom) is gone but this sister is so hostile to us we really can't communicate.

I have a half brother who lives in Virginia Beach...he is 7y younger than me. Due to his busy work schedule, he is an executive chef, he rarely gets time off to visit.
