How many? And Where?

Ok on an average vacation of 10 nights, I know I want to eat at Hoop Dee Doo Revue, Possibly the norway princess breakfast and I think Chef Mickey's for a dinner character meal. Are PS's hard to get? Is there anywhere else I should eat at? How many use sit downs each night?

If you are planning on going to the Hoop Dee Doo Revue, you will need to set that up ahead of time, and pay ahead of time. As far as Chef Mickeys...it is very popular, you will definately need PS for that. I would do it as soon as you can. I believe you can set up PS as early as 90 days prior to your trip. I would recommend Crystal Palace for breakfast in MK. It is a character breakfast with Winnie the Pooh and Friends.

We don't book a meal for EVERY night of our trip. something a little "unfun" in that to us. We like to have at least a little time to not feel "scheduled" on our trip. What we do is book the absolute don't want to miss experiences. Then we leave a few days open. Sometimes we'll make reservations the morning of at a place and sometimes, we just "wing it". It's fun either way!

I would definitely make PS's well ahead of time, just to make sure you get in.

Also, I would suggest OHana at the Polynesian Resort.....good food and a great family atmosphere.

We normally plan a sit down dinner PS everyday of our trip, this is so we can get a break and be rested for the evening events (Wishes, Illuminations, DTD, etc). Sometimes we cancel them if we have a big lunch or are just interested in more rides or a parade, but it is great to have them. My DH and I don't like to wait 45 min. for a table or have counter service as our only choice.

Why not try the ice cream social at Epcot? The character interaction is great, and the ice ream is so yummy!
