How many adult guests allowed?

My family has an upcoming stay in a studio at the Poly. For part of the trip, it will be my husband, me and our teenage daughter. My husband needs to leave early, so my sister is joining us for the latter part of the trip. So I put all four of us on the reservation. So far, so good.

My son (over 18) might come for a night or two before my sister arrives. Since the studio sleeps five, could I add him to reservation, too? Not a big deal, but would make it easier for him to park at resort and he could have access to room with his magic band.

I would go ahead and add him now and be done with it. Only reason it would be an issue is if you were thinking about getting a dining plan.

Yes you can. The occupancy in a PVB studio is 5 ppl plus 1 under 3. All 5 can be over the age of 18.

Add him now so he gets a magic band and FP if you buy his ticket.

No reason not to add him unless you are purchasing DDP. He gets a MB, he can FP at 60 days, and I'm pretty sure Poly Pool is for Poly Registered Guests Only (No Pool Hopping). He would need to be on reservation to get a wristband for the pool (at least that is how they used to do it). Haven't been to a restricted pool resort in while.

If the resort is busy and the pool is too, they will be checking magic bands. If it isn't to crowded they won't. But I would just put him on the reservation to be safe and get free parking.
