How many accounts with Blink & milesource per household?

If my family each uses a different e-mail account, how many are you allowed?

with blink you can only have one account per household.
with milesource you can have up to 3 per household. each person must be at least 13 yrs old to join.

At Blink I have one, as stated above, only one is allowed...at Milesource I have two...Mine and DH's!
