DD says to me last night, "DO YOU KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO BE WHEN I AM OLDER" i says to her no, she replies to me "I AM GOING TO BE A ROCK STAR"

So i say to her "WELL ARE YOU GOING TO BUY MUMMY AND DADDY A NEW HOUSE"

"NO MUMMY I WILL BUY YOU SOME CURTAINS FOR THE CONVERSATORY"

Well it took me a while to stop laughing

bless her the last one was she was going to be an artist and i asked her if she was going to make lots of money, her reply was no drawings.

My DS's latest involves him moving to Vancouver and opening a chain of pubs that are all called a colour plus an animal - eg: The Green Monkey, The Purple Parrot, The Orange Frog... I can't remember any other examples - TBH the list went on a bit...

She is now going to be a mermaid, and i have to be the rock star and buy my own curtains.
