How long???

How long does it usually take WDW Guest Relations to respond to an email? I just emailed a request yesterday but I thought at the very least I would have gotten a automated response stating it was received.

How long should I wait before I email them again?

I e-mailed them last week about June hours - I never got an automated response but I did receive a phone call last night.

I got an EMail within a day or two and then someone called me a few weeks later.
