How long would you wait for AAA TA to call?

I haven't heard from my AAA TA whether or not she was able to change our ressies (adding a day and free dining). How long would you wait to hear from her? She sent the email about the free dining to us and four other families, so I know she has at least five vacations to change.

I made my own reservation on 4/1. Had a feeling my AAA TA would not call. 3 days later still no call so I cancelled with AAA today.

Your situation is different though because your TA seems proactive. She knew about the special (mine didn't) & she emailed you. Maybe you can call her today & asked how it's going?

I put some fire under my aaa this morning because she was moving so slow like she did not care. So after much calling she finally did something while i was on the phone. which she could have done in the first place. We had wl woods view and dp for 3300 and now it is 2500 still with dining so we changed our dates from july to aug and dh was very happy.

I WOULD KEEP CALLING THIS IS YOUR MONEY AND YOUR VACATION!!!!!

I guess since your AAA TA knew about it, I would give her some time to get all things taken care of. I guess if she/you were waiting on today to book it (for us non-Disney Visa owners), I would give her an email later this afternoon just asking how it went.

Again, since she knew about it, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Mine didn't know anything about it yesterday, but was able to call this morning & get mine all taken care of.

I think what's bugging me the most is that I have a Disney Visa and I could have taken care of this on Sunday myself, but when I looked at my AAA papers it said that I would be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee, ($100), yikes!

Just remember that it is taking a little bit of time to get through. Maybe she is just having that problem? Good Luck!!

My new agent did not know anything at all and she was not interested in helping me change one bit thats why i had to keep calling. I was not mean in anyway but no one was trying to help. Maybe your experience is better than mine because she knows about it.

That is probably the case! I broke down and called my agent at 10:30 because I couldn't take wondering if she forgot or didn't come to work or anything! She said she had been on hold and was still trying to get through. It was probably 45 minutes later when she called me back and everything was taken care of...no worries! Now I can breathe. Saving $1790 off our trip actually feels like I won something....LOL

I finally broke down and emailed my TA and she said everything was set, she said she changed it yesterday, I'm not sure how, but I'm psyched. Now I just need to see it in writing so I can really relax.

My AAA TA didn't work Saturday & the operator kept asking me if I was inquiring about a cruise or air package. IT'S A DISNEY PACKAGE!!!!! Finally got a wonderful TA from Avon, CT who knew nothing about the offer but said she would call CRO. I gave her my work # & waited & waited & waited. Finally 1 hr later (ok it felt like 2 days!) she called back & apologized but was on hold the whole time. Got it all switched & even called back again to make another change for me. Not even my original TA!! Got my revised paperwork in the mail today and reconfirmed all my ADR's. I'm one happy camper
