How long will this take?

We are staying at WL from 2/8-2/12. On DS's 8th B-day we are at MK all day Starting with breakfast at CP and ending with dinner at LTT and Wishes

My question is this: TBK (The Birthday King ) wants to take a break in the afternoon and head back to WL to ride mouseboats. What kind of time will that take (leaving MK...taking the boat to WL...riding MouseBoats...boat back to MK)?

I'm working on the 'schedule'...and didn't know how long we should expect that to take us

the boat ride back and forth from MK to WL is about 10-15 minutes each way, depending on how long you have to wait for the boat to pick you up. They usually come on a regular basis, but you may need to wait 15 minutes or so.

The mouse boats as you call them are usually rented in 1/2 hour blocks of time. I found that 1/2 hour was long enough for me, but the kids may think otherwise and want an hour ride.

Taking all that into account you may be looking at a couple hours all together, at a minimum.

p.s. We stayed at WL last trip to WDW, rode the mouseboats, had a wonderful time.

I'd plan between 2 and 3 hours, depending on how fast you want to move. By the time you arrive, get the boats rented, return them, return to your room for a moment, use the bathroom, etc, 2-3 hours would not be an outrageous possibility. One thing I've learned about touring Disney......everything takes much longer than you think it will!

Dunno what time breakfast is, or what time Wishes is that night, but is that kind of a long day? Any chance your group would consider some down time (even 1-2 hours) while on the water mice side trip? Have a good time
