How long will it take from parking to park?

How long does it (approx.) take to park your car, get on the tram and arrive at the gate of Disneyland? For example: If we arrived at 9:00a.m. could we be in the park by 9:30a.m. or should I add more time?

it varies by crowding. I remember arriving at 9 once, waiting like 30 min to just get to the parking booth, then park. then waited like 30 min for the trams.

Id would go early as possible. You can "attempted" to hit the side gate to which there usually no lines.

For the tram, try to stay toward the middle. They are usually the least crowded section of the tram.

I would say plan for 30 minutes at minimum. As Al said it could be much longer. Here is a thread on this:

We have more often than not, elected to just walk from the lot to the park and it takes about 30 minutes. It's a nice walk and less hectic than the pushing that goes on to get a seat on the tram.

If there are crowds waiting to get onto the trams, you can walk from Mickey and Friends much faster. It is about a 1/2 mile walk, so it takes about 10 minutes to walk it.

On an average day, to park, hop a tram, get through the security check and into the gate, it is about 30 minutes. Depending on crowds, it could be a little more or less.
