I know that some policies have changed over the past year or so. What is the unofficial grace period for an ADR? Is it 15 or 30 minutes or nothing at all? It used to be that if you showed up late that a CM would "work you in". Thanks for the insight!

I think the only thing "official" is their recommendation to arrive 15 min early for all ADRs. I believe any grace period depends on the mood of the CM at the podium, how busy they are, and how late they are running. They may forgive a 15 min lateness before marking you as a no show. Or they may mark you as a no show right after your ADR time. It can vary by restaurant or CM or day. Best to plan on arriving a little before your time.

There isn't a set grace period. Most places will give you a 10-15 minutes leeway, but it depends on the restaurant, the CMs, how busy it is, how behind schedule it is. We were at one DW restaurant that was so far behind schedule CMs turned away walk ups, extra people not on a res and any party that was late. At another restaurant the CM told a couple they were "1 minute late, but we'll seat you."

Disney recommends that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your reservation time so I would plan on that.

Today we arrived 15 minutes before our lunch reservation at BOG but were told to come back again in 10 minutes!

We have arrived 30 min late on numerous occasions and were always seated.

You were lucky. I realize that many people have had the same experience as your family enjoyed, however it is best not to count on that happening. I believe that as others have already pointed out, much depends on the multitude of circumstances that are happening at any given restaurant.
