How long wait at PP?

We are going to MK on a Sat but not a super busy one compared to other days. If we arrive at the entrance to Tomorrowland (we are staying on site) right as early hours start at 8:30 and head straight to Peter Pan, how long of a wait can I expect by the time we get there knowing we’d be at back of the early entry line? How about if we arrived 15 min before early entry begins?

If you want to do PP during EE, I would be in line at the entrance to Tomorrowland by 8 am at the latest.
We were there 3 weeks ago. EE at 8:30. We were at that point at 7:45 and still 15 rows back at least. By 8:15, the line was across the bridge.

The PP line builds quickly. We rope dropped PP April 7. We took our place in the waiting RD crowd by 8:10 (at latest, may have been a smidge earlier) for an 8:30 ETPE. We walked briskly to PP when released and exited the ride around 8:50. It was already posted 45 minutes when we exited.

If you want an alternate strategy, we hit Pan right after the fireworks on a recent visit. The posted wait was 40 minutes but there were only about 10 people in line. The wait was about a minute.
