how long until we are in the system?

Hi We have just bought a contract for 152 points at Boardwalk. It seems to have taken forever as we had a few hiccups along the way. The original offer was made and accepted way back in December, unfortunately both buyer and seller were based in England and the postal service really messed things up!!! We have just got confirmation from the Timeshare Store that we have closed and they have faxed across a copy of our deed to DVC 9 days ago. We now have a contract number and I have called MS, but we do not appear to be in the system yet. Is there anything I can do to speed things up, not that I am impatient you understand How long does it take to get in the system as I am desperate to try and book Thanks to everyone who posts on the boards for all their great input

[SIZE=+0]Did you check again today? From our resale experience, we were in MS's system 3 business days after we got the letter from The Timeshare Store saying we "closed".
Another way to gauge is that it took 2 business days after our deed was officially recorded in the Orange County Comptroller's office. The first business day, we were in MS's system, but they hadn't loaded our points info in yet. The second business day, they finished entering everything, and we could use our points to make ressies or bank our points.[/SIZE]

We closed on 15th March and 11 business days later we are still not in the system (although I haven't checked today)

It seems to be taking forever

We have been informed that we are now in the system but cannot book for 2 weeks until 13th April!!!! I know it will be worth the wait but I so wanted to surprise my family with at least a 1 night booking when we are over in Florida from April 30th for 2 weeks. It seems so unlikely now at such short notice. The big consulation is that once sorted it is ours for sooooo long
