How long to wait for reply from special diets?

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I believe it's the best fit though.

I emailed special diets Tuesday night (late - so they would have had it in the inbox first thing Weds) asking for an ingredient list on an item that my traveling companion had a severe allergic reaction to. It was not an item that contained any of her known allergens, so we really need an ingredient list in order to attempt to figure out what caused the reaction.

How long should I wait for a response? Is there a number I can call? They've replied to my dietary needs forms within hours to maybe a day or so. I'd really like to expedite this process if at all possible.

I can't say for 100%, but I don't recall them taking terrible long to get back to me. It really wasn't much either they were liked we received your email and it will be taken care of, plus i also had it larked on the ressie. So when I ate at each sit down meal the chef came out to talk to me about my requests. I say if you don't hear anything send an email on monday something like "I am writing to verify receipt of my diet request due to no response since sending it on Tuesday, no rush, just want to make sure documents were received", nothing wrong in that I saw

They replied to me within 36 hours. Most of the time it's 24 hours.

Just to follow up, the chef called tonight. Apparently the email he sent was returned. He was awesome and discussed the ingredients and where he thought the issue might have stemmed from.

I email the forms and don't stress about it, but this was a post-visit email and I wasn't sure how difficult it might be to get the information.
