How long to receive incentive for add on?

We purchased a 100 point add on while the incentive was going on to receive a $500 visa gift card. We signed everything and returned the first part of September. We haven't received our card yet. Should I be concerned? How long did it take to receive your incentive?

We did an AKV add-on on Sept. 19th and received our 2 gift cards 21 days later, just in time for the trip we booked with the developer points on Oct 16-21.

I was really surprised at how quickly we got them considering we were told it would be 30 days after closing, and our closing date was sometime in mid-October. I've seen several other posts from those who added on before us who still haven't gotten theirs. The 2 cards arrived via Fedex and the PIN numbers to activate them arrived the next day via snail mail.

WE DID AN ADD ON on Aug. 22nd I believe was the date. We got our card mid Oct. I hope you get it soon.
