I'll be taking the Chirstmas decorations down in the next day or two, but I"m wondering about the wreath on the door. I'm thinking it would be OK to leave it until maybe mid-January and then replace it with the pepperberry wreath that I use in the winter.

Should I take it down in the next day or two, or leave it for a couple more weeks? What would you do?

Mine is very plain (I have garlands around the door) with a gold bow. I think I'll just change the bow and leave it up for awhile.

The rest of the decorations will start coming down on Monday and Tuesday; I'll have company until then.

I like to keep mine up until the middle of June it annoys my snooty neighbors.

Around here - everyone leaves theirs up until the wreath dies, which can takes months.

I leave mine up until my DD's say " Mom it's Easter - take down the wreath!!" :)

Until it turns brown or until it turns brown AND it's warm enough to go outside and take it down. :goodvibes

I consider a wreath more of winter as opposed to Christmas or holiday decoration, so I usually leave it up until I put out the Valentine's Day decorations.

Well...we don't have one but I think you can keep it up until it dies.....They smell so good after all...

Don't forget to leave the lights up as well. :rotfl2:

Mines on my door- which is actually inside. Since my neighbor made it for me, and its beautiful I'll keep it up until it dies, which could be quite awhile since its not exposed to the elements.

My wreath is a Christmas wreath so I took it down and replaced it with my winter wreath, which is snowmen. (Kind of funny now that we are in a place were we rarely see snow). I also change out my large flag, my garden flag and my slates....they are all snowmen.

I usually keep mine up till lent.

We do the same. It annoys the old lady accross the street. :rotfl:
I wait until she says" Joanne, it's Easter time, when is that wreath coming down."
