How long to hear back from Dreams Unlimited?

I submitted a quote request to Dreams this morning trying to get the free dining deal. I got confirmation that they rec'd my request but I haven't heard anything else from them. I know they must be swamped but I don't think it's ever taken this long to get a response. Has anyone else tried booking thru Dreams today? If so, how long did it take to get an actual quote?

We are definately backed up today but working through all quote requests as quickly as possible. Your quote may already be processed but there may be an issue with the email notification.

If you would like to email me at John@DreamsUnlimitedTravel.com with your reservation ID number I would be happy to check to see if it has been quoted and if so make sure you get the email about how to access your quote.
