I'm getting a bit worried - I requested our rewards card on 10/28. I just called and they said they mailed it on 10/29 and I should have it by now. We were out of town 11/1 through 11/8 and I went through every piece of mail (even the junk mail looking ones) and it wasn't in there.
They said they can void it and I would have to go pick up a card at the park, and call customer service for them to add the points. I really don't want to spend the first 1/2 hour of our morning doing this. Plus, my plan was to buy a gift card with it online to use that instead of the rewards card. We leave for the park in 2 1/2 weeks so there's not enough time to get the new one and turn around and get the gift card.
Did anyone have their rewards card take a really long time to arrive? Has anyone picked up their rewards card at customer service and had points added right then and there? It's a lot of points and I'm counting on it to help pay for our trip, so I really don't wany any disasters!
