How long to get through Sanford

The line for the car hire was huge I can only guess that a couple of planes landed before ours.

Just wondering with such conflicting reports (especially with the car hire queue) if anyone knows if Sanford has particular busy days and/or times of day ....or times of year ?

Well, the main peak seasons are Easter and July-mid August; and then the busiest days of the week tend to be Fri, Sat and Sun. But you can still get a busier day on a Monday in July than a Saturday in December. It's hard to second-guess as the charters companies can add flights if they think there is a need, and that obviously then affects the daily routine.

Party of 2 - off the plane & waiting for transfer bus within 15 minutes in September 2005 - it took me more time collecting the luggage than going through immigration.
