Could anyone with recent experience let us know how long it took you to get through customs and immigration once off the plane in Vancouver?

This was early June - but it was at least an hour but not more than 1.5 hrs. It took awhile to do all the passport scanning (even though I tried to do that before we left) - there was no line for that though. Then the line where they check the paperwork the kiosk printed (and maybe send you to random covid screening) took the longest. Our luggage was out by the time we got to it and then there was a massive line through customs - but that only took 15 minutes or so.

For our May cruise, I would say that for us it took less than 15 minutes, but our plane arrived 1 1/2 hours late and we didn't land until almost 11pm. We did have issues with the machine scanning the paperwork that I printed out, so we had to enter everything all over, but once that was done, it was pretty much walking to the next station, showing them our paperwork and then we were able to walk out and get the Taxi to our hotel.

What is the paperwork that you print out for the machine to scan?
It was the ArriveCan paperwork that I printed at home with the QR code on it wouldn't scan into the machine after we landed in Vancouver. The person helping people in that area said to just redo it on the machine which is what we did. Once that was done, the rest was a breeze.

Yes that was pretty much our issue as well.

Also, will note we arrived at noon on Sunday - so the airport was hopping.

Does anyone have recent experience using Global Entry? Has that been much faster recently?

Not sure if you can use it going into Vancouver? When we were departing though, the Global Entry lane only had about 2 people in it...I have it and could have taken my son, but that would have left my husband behind, so we just stood in the regular line (for 45 min).
