How Long to Get From S.Jersey / Phila. Area to Florence, SC?

Just trying to figure out a game plan for our drive tomorrow, and

Mapquest is showing 9.5 hours, but trying to find out how long others realistically make it in.
We have 2 small kids, and we do tend to stop often.
