How long to get a GAC?

Was wondering how long you had to stand in line at Magic Kingdom and Epcot to get the Guest Assistance Card. You have to get a card at each park, correct? And is it more crowded first thing in the morning at Guest Services? Would I be better off waiting an hour or two after opening?

Thanks for the info!

Not to worry. You get in line at City hall just as if you had any question. I was there less than 20 minutes. They are quick and that is it. You use it at any park for the length of your stay......Enjoy your trip.:wave2:

Thanks for the info!
Have you gone to WDW recently, or planning a trip??

Depending on when you are going (like is it a peak, very busy time to visit the parks), you may not need to use the GAC first thing in the morning. Even going during Spring break and not getting to the parks early, we don't use the GAC for every attraction. If you go to Guest Services and find it is busy, you can always come back later. But, even when the line looks long, a lot of people have a very quickly taken care of question so it really doesn't take that long.
When a GAC is issued, it usually is dated to be valid for your entire length of stay and the GAC you get in one park is valid for all the theme parks.
