How long to credit back $$ for Cind. Royal Table

We are still waiting for Disney to credit back our money for the ADR to CRT. Our Dining Plan wasn't working (system was down or something) at CRT so then we were told to handle it at the front desk at our resort. Guess what it's still on there. $296 I just called the billing number for Disney. He said wait about a week. WTHeck! has anyone else dealt with this????

I took 2 billing cycles for my to get my credit for Hoop De Doo. I was not a happy camper. When I called, they told me that was normal.

Has anyone every asked to have it credited to a Disney gift card? I would think that would be a good solution so you have the funds available to use while you are still there. This is one reason I may not book CRT. We are staying DVC and I won't have the money to pay for the DDP until closer to my trip dates. Gotta buy airfare for 6 first.

Disney will tell you up to two billing cycles before a refund may show on your account. It could take less time, but a company will always quote a worse case scenario. Better for the refund to show earlier and have a happy customer, then for it to show later and have a mad one.
