FedEx paid us a visit today! We got our add-on already. I was so surprised! That was the quickest "7-8 months" ever We just got the paperwork delivered with no notice. Have to go sign by the Mickeys now!

And, yes...I am not on any waitlist right now, but believe it or not...I have one more contract that should be submitted very soon (this week), so I should go back on the ROFR list today or tomorrow. Then, I am DONE!!! I think I will have more BCV points (and OKW points) than I can possibly use (but....isn't that what we ALL say??) So....after that, maybe I am done until my next wave of "addonitis" hits!!!

Thanks again for doing this thread...it is really interesting to see what DVC "says" the wait will be, and what the wait really is.

My guide called last night, after 7pm central! I had told him we would take our 100pts in 40-60 pt pieces and now we've got part.
I had to have him go back over the price and how I had told him we would pay - I didn't write anything down since I felt things would change in "7-8 months, when pts would probably be available."

He seemed to think the other 50pts would come in soon.

Had already talked DH into a SSR addon sonce BCV is so hard to get. Did that at the same time.
The new kitchen floor can wait!

That's right! DH agreed to an SSR addon when I told him how difficult BCV addons were. (Somehow the golf course made it very attractive.) Then our guide called to tell us he had 50 of 100 pts for us at BCV. DH was standing right there and let me do both. Then DH asked if I still wanted the other 50 BCV. So we're still on the waitlist for those.

I've moved the redo of the kitchen floor from September to next February, so I don't feel like I'm spending everything.

Just got a call from Byron -- the December OKW points came in today!

I told Byron to put me on the list for 40 BCV for February. So we will see how that goes.
