I assume you mean from Royal Pacific - it's about 10-15 minutes depending on if your in Griswald mode or not.

If you don't have a stroller, you can walk to the end of the hall in tower 1 and go down the stairwell. It saves you about 5 minutes from going through the pool area.

WE stayed at the end of the hall in Tower One. We were right by the stairway that leads to the walking path. It took me about eight to ten minutes to walk to IOA depneding on my energy level and the heat.
