I accidentally cancelled out TS FP+ for tomorrow and of course have no luck getting anything back. (The app has some glitches for sure) How bad would the wait be if we get there @RD?

Go straight there and it will be fine. 10 minutes or so depending on your position. The posted time will probably already say 30 minutes, but it is not accurate for the first wave at RD.

We were there last Tuesday and had a 50-55 min wait. You really have to head straight there and not get stuck at the entrance.

If you want an alternate strategy, we rode Toy Story twice in less than a half hour last Saturday evening(5/30). The ride was scheduled to close at 8:30 for Star Wars fireworks but actually stayed open until shortly after 9.

Depends on when you go. If it's the relaxed RD normal at DHS, 10 minutes max. If they are holding everyone at the stage for the stage show, it depends on how many families you can take out on your way to the ride. Remember the elderly have very weak knees, aim low.

Last year we went straight there and it was 90 minutes. We didn't wait bc we had a FP

We were there 3 weeks ago, and I think the crowds are definitely higher now with school out. But that said, we got there around 8:20 for a 9AM opening, and they actually started letting people in at around 8:45AM. We were in the far right line and it moved fast, maybe 20 families in front of us. We bee-lined right to TSSM, walking briskly with our 7 and 9 year old girls (we do this every time we do RD at DHS so we have the route down). We didn't harm/maim any grandmas or pregnant ladies that I know of... The posted wait was 30 minutes, which we ignored as we knew that the line was just forming. We walked basically straight through most of the line, slowed down when we got near the glasses and then rode in less than 10 minutes. Don't be the crazy person in front of us who had a full cup of coffee and tried to get in the line for TSSM at RD!! They stopped him at the entrance to the line and discussed that he'd need to leave it outside the ride. Discussion ensued and his family went ahead of him and his wife. Then they literally pushed past everyone to get back to their family, screaming that they needed to get through. I thought someone had gotten hurt on the ride and they were trying to get there. Nope. They were just nuts. They didn't even stop to get the glasses because they were too busy pushing past everyone. The CM made them wait a while at the loading area and did not let them ride with their family. I've seen some craziness at TSSM but this was over the top. They almost knocked a lady down the stairs that you descend right before you board the ride!

We were just there last Tuesday. We arrived at about 8:10am for a 9am opening. We were near the front of the RD line, of course. They let us in at about 8:45am and we headed right there at brisk pace, but not running like some people were. We just walked quickly. I don't remember what the wait time said, but we also had to park strollers and then head in, and we only waited maybe 5-8 min before riding. By the time we came out, the wait time said 35 minutes, and this was right at 9am. If you are in the very back of the people lined up at RD, you will definitely be waiting longer than 10 minutes. It seems like everyone was headed there. We had a FP+ too for later, so we got to ride it twice.

We went this past Saturday for SWW.

Had hoped to get in for the full show but ended up in a slow turnstyle line which out us half way back from the storm troopers.

Translation--we were middle of the pack at entry. We walked slow and steady to TSMM. Posted wait was 25 as we joined the line to get in the line. As we entered the building, it jumped to 45. Crowd did build behind us. But we must have just got there at a well timed moment because we were at the merge point at 27 minutes and on the ride less than 5 minutes later.

We arrived in the parking lot at 7:15 for 8:00 opening and were in line at the turnstyles by 7:30. Gates opened at about 7:35. We headed to the right. I was traveling with an entourage of 5 children (and 2
Strollers) just for point of reference.

(And it was a busy non-recommended day as it was SWW.)

The last time I went to the Studios, I got there at 7:45 for the 9:00 opening. I was first in line at the tapstile. DH an I were, I believe, the 7th and 8th people on the ride that day...so...no wait.

If you're at the front of the RD line, you shouldn't have a problem getting on the ride with little or no wait.

Got to HS about 8:20, stayed to rt of line, walked fast and had a 10-15 minute wait. Perfect!
