Hi! We are attempting to purchase 350 points at BCV. The thing is, our rep keeps telling us "how busy they have been with sales" and that our application packet will now not be here for a least another week! What? It was supposed to have already been here. 
I was assuming that the application packet is simply forms for us to complete and sign, etc. What could be the hold up?
Should we just go to an on-site sales office and tell the first rep we see we don't want to wait and try to apply then?
To top it off, our rep is going on vacation and the application won't be processed until he returns.
How long should it take once he gets it?
