We purchased 210 points at OKW in 1994 when it WAS Disney Vacation Club! When we purchased we got free park passes thru 1999(# depended on type of villa) and it was so great! Reality hit in 2000 when we had to buy passes, but we really enjoyed it while it lasted. Purchased an on 50 points at HHI in 2002 to get some 11 month points after 3 winter trips and 1 summer trip(with alot of luck!). Love both "home resorts". Although also enjoyed BCV 3 times, but not the BWV and won't return to that one. Still waiting to try VWL.

1993 OKW (DVC) $57.50 per point

I was so silly because AL was not a state in which I could have brought when I first called them. since I called them in 1991 - in 1992 I could have gotten it for $48.50 - but I got talked out of that one - worst mistake I have ever made.... I brought with 190 points, the 92 required 230 points.

We purchased our first contract in 1997. It was 230 points at OKW for $62.50 a point. In just about a year later, we added on another 150 points at OKW and paid $65/point.
