How long have you kept yours on?

I was amazed to see a Fantasmic mickey antenna topper on this morning and it is still on coming back from lunch.....

Do you think I work with all non-Disney folk? Don't they know that these are worth many dinero to all? And, that once out in public they disappear from sight???

So, how long did yours stay on (before it vanished)?

Gosh, mine (just the plain black Mickey that says Walt Disney World) has been on for over a year!

Somebody stole my minnie within 6 weeks after our return last year! My dd10 was so upset. We are back in the world in 20 days and that is one of the first things she wants to buy.

My plastic Mickey head has been on for the life of my car (I do switch it out for holidays)...that is 4 1/2 years. And I think it came over from my old car.

Knock on wood, I haven't lost one yet. I've had one on my car at all times since 2002 - I change toppers monthly.

I have gone to great depths to keep my red, white and blue Mickey topper....Even ran back IN though a car wash after it was washed away inside, thought for sure I was going to be taken out by one of those big bristled rollers . It now resides in my glove box. Not sure what the point of that is, but oh well.

I've never had one stolen, and I always have one on. I have, however, forgotten to take it off before going through the car wash and "poof" it's gone!

Knock on wood mine is still on too. We have a van though and someone would have to go to great lengths to reach and pull it off.

My DD's graduation antenna topper disappeared after she had it for a few months. She even had her name and graduation year written on it. She was crushed, which is the bad news. However, we are planning a mom/daughter trip so she can get another one then. She's already graduated now, but can have it in her room.

I leave them on my car until I get in the mood to switch them. I have only had one disappear, the golden ears one. I was very disappionted to find out that it was gone.

I bought the golden ears Mickey and placed it on my Matrix. Loved it. Within the week I went outside and my Mickey was earless. The golden ears were gone -- poof! It was on there really tight and the attenna is a bit higher than a sedan's so as near as I can figure someone tried to take it and the ears came of (which is surprising because I didn't know the ears would come off!). I am heading back to WDW at the end of this month and plan on getting another one.

I once lost an american flag mickey head at the car wash ... but didnt realize i lost until days later. The next time i went to the car wash I remembered to ask if they had found it ... and they did!

Girl at the car wash said she'd been tempted to take it for herself ... glad she didnt.

otherwise so far none of ours (3 cars) have gone missing ....

Ours was on for a couple of years, until the back to back ice storms we got this past Jan. The trees bent low over the road that you had to drive through them riped it off. Now we have a new one and its been on since Feb.

2 years, though I've changed it 3x. It has never been stolen (knock on wood).

Mine has been on since February but I have a huge fear of losing it. When we go in December I plan on getting lots of extras. The one I have now is the Cruise Line one though, I can't really replace that one until we go on another cruise...

ya know - when I went to put my golden ears on...I noticed they were already tearing away from the "mickey head"...I bought some Krazy glue and DH glued them on...we'll see how long they last.

I don't have an antenna on my car. But i really wanted the golden ears topper. So I bought it and hung it from my rear view mirror. Don't think anyone will be stealing it.

Had the Italian Flag on my Envoy for about 6 months, then put the red/white/blue star one on after that. All said- been since April of 2004 haven't lost either

We got ours in March of this year on our trip. It lasted until school started back mid-August. It didn't get taken but was a victim of a vehicular homicide by an unidentified flying object. Truck in front of me on the interstate one morning (taking DS to school) ran over something in the road and slung it up toward me. Cars on either side so I had no where to go (don't you just hate when that happens?) and wham, when I looked up, Mickey was gone.
